i found the location very convenient near victoria station. the staff was supportive with luggage and check-in matters. i appreciated being able to check in late and the quick assistance provided by the staff.

the room i was in felt quite cramped. the heater was faulty and took a long time to provide any noticeable warmth. i found this particularly inconvenient .

I found the location convenient near victoria station. the staff offered quick early check-in, a huge plus. i really liked the room. It featured netflix and reliable wi-fi which kept me entertained.

The sound isolation wasn't perfect. I could occasionally hear hallway noise.
