a decent stay overall

great location kind staff comfortable room moldy smell bathroom issue poor mattress

the location is great i found it super convenient. the staff are really kind and i got quick answers when i asked questions via whatsapp which i thought was cool. my room was nice and neat i was happy about it.

my room smelled a bit moldy i wasn't thrilled. the ensuite bathroom wasn't great it was hard to use the toilet because of the sink. i think the mattress could be better too i could feel a spring in my back.

the check-in process was quite streamlined, and the staff was amiable. the hotel maintains commendable cleaning standards, which i appreciated. its location proves advantageous for accessing nearby attractions and transportation hubs. i found the rates to be quite reasonable for the level of service provided.

The bathroom size was indeed very small. it was adequate for my needs.

convenient location helpful staff

i found the location very convenient near victoria station. the staff was supportive with luggage and check-in matters. i appreciated being able to check in late and the quick assistance provided by the staff.

the room i was in felt quite cramped. the heater was faulty and took a long time to provide any noticeable warmth. i found this particularly inconvenient .
